I do - it's a very crowded place! [He's very quick to dissuade Larry.] You shouldn't have to worry about hotels... I'm pretty sure that there's a lot of affordable empty apartments around town.

Not yet! You're in luck, Larry, because the most of the apartments here have a special deal for newcomers. You get your first few months rent-free! So that'll give you plenty of time to find a job.
