There are planets with as many different climates as you can imagine, at least in the galaxy I'm from. I can't imagine it's too different in your galaxy. Granted, not all are considered hospitable for human life, but they exist.

[ she grabs the bucket before looking up at him to give him the stink eye. once betsy is closeby, she walks to the goat and crouches down so that she's in a good position to milk the goat. ]

Eventually, they come to another park, where there's a clean set of footprints leading away from them. She crouches for a bit, taking out a notebook as she crosschecks the prints against something in her notes, then grins to herself triumphantly upon ascertaining they belong to the culprit.]

Ah, the mouse is of human shape and characteristic, rather like I. The unicorn appears, at first, a wild sort, but she can speak like a human. They are less than human, because they still appear to be animals, yet they can speak with humans just as well as any other.
